Coredesk operators working inside a client dispatch system

Data Protection & GDPR

Your passengers' data, handled properly.

Outsourcing your phones should never mean losing control of your data. Here is exactly how Coredesk works with it — and the agreement we sign before we take a single call.

Your Role, Our Role

You stay in control. We act only on your instructions.

Your firm remains the data controller for your passengers' information. Coredesk acts as your data processor: we answer calls in your name and enter bookings into your dispatch system, following your greeting, your fares and your rules — nothing more.

Before your trial starts, we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) with you that sets out what we may access, why, and what happens to it. Passenger data lives in your system of record — we work inside it, we do not take your customer database away.

Our Commitments

Written into your agreement, not just this page.

  • A signed data processing agreement (DPA) with every client
  • Limited, agreed access to your dispatch system — you set the level
  • You can change or revoke our access at any time
  • Bookings stay inside your own system of record
  • Call recordings and reports belong to you
  • A confidentiality agreement (NDA) covers every engagement
  • Your data is never used for any purpose beyond your service
  • Your data is not passed to third parties

International Transfers

A UK service, delivered from Pakistan — covered by contract.

Our operators are based in Pakistan and connect to your systems remotely. Because the work happens inside your own dispatch system, passenger information stays in your system of record. Your DPA includes the contractual safeguards that UK data protection law requires for international transfers, so the arrangement is documented properly from day one.

Company Standing

Registered, licensed, accountable.

Coredesk Services is incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and holds a valid software export licence from the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB). We operate with full legal transparency, and questions about data protection go to info@coredeskservices.co.uk.

FAQ

Data questions owners ask.

Yes — a DPA is signed with every client before the trial starts, covering what we access, the purposes, confidentiality and the safeguards for international transfer.

In your dispatch system — your system of record. Operators work inside it; we do not export or keep a copy of your customer database.
Our access ends when you revoke it. Your bookings, recordings and reports were always in your systems and remain entirely yours.
