We use this information to respond to your enquiry, set up and provide our service, and meet our legal obligations. Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and improving our service, and legal obligation where the law requires it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Client & Passenger Data
When we answer your phones, the rules are stricter.
When Coredesk answers calls for a client firm, your firm stays the data controller for passenger information and we act only as a data processor, under a signed data processing agreement. Our team is based in Pakistan, so information you send us is handled there under confidentiality obligations and contractual safeguards. We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to respond and maintain reasonable business records, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
